This next-gen successor to the original Tookstock product was designed to solve the biggest inventory pain points small businesses face: clunky forms, manual data entry, and endless e-commerce site visits just to keep inventory in check. The product grew out of a desire to replace all of that friction with something simple, intuitive, and empowering. Every screen was designed to feel effortless—AI takes on the heavy lifting of pulling in product data from photos or URLs, permissions give owners confidence that their team has the right level of access, and purchasing flows are streamlined into one cart so users don’t need to bounce between websites. The guiding principle was clear: reduce cognitive load, surface what matters at the right time, and make inventory management feel less like a time wasting chore and more like an automated system that just needs occasional supervision.
